Refund policy
Sales on products nearing their expiry in the next 6 months are final however we have a 30-day return policy on all other items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number for the transaction.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return your goods. If you simply changed your mind, all returns are at the expense of the customer.
Faulty items
In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at sales@lanocorp.co.nz and we will meet your obligation.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
