Order and Shipping

  1. What currency do you charge in?

    All products are priced in New Zealand dollars.

  2. Are my credit card details safe?

    Yes. Payments are processed securely by Payment Express, ensuring that your personal card details are not shared.

  3. Do you ship overseas?

    Yes, shipping is available to New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and added at checkout.

  4. How long will it take to process my order?

    Upon receiving your order, a confirmation email is sent. The mail order team processes orders on the next business day.

  5. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery within New Zealand typically takes 5-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take 10-14 business days. Delivery details are provided in the confirmation email.

  6. What if an item arrived broken or damaged?

    Please email sales@lanocorp.co.nz with a photo and description of the damage. The customer service team will arrange a replacement.

  7. My order has not arrived – what should I do?

    If your order doesn't arrive within 25 working days, please contact the company to arrange re-delivery or a refund. They will cover any costs related to lost items.

Return and Refund

  1. Can I return my product?

    Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs to the Christchurch warehouse are the customer's responsibility. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced at no charge.

  2. How do I start a return for an online purchase/order?

    Contact the company through their contact page to initiate the return process.

  3. Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

    While the product cost will be refunded, shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. When can I expect my refund?

    Allow up to 15 working days for the warehouse to receive and process your refund. An email notification will be sent once the refund is processed.

  5. Can I exchange items purchased online?

    Currently, exchanges for online purchases are not available.
