Once your order is received you will receive a confirmation email. Our mail order team will process your order on the next business day.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-14 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Purchases made online can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The products must be in an un-used condition with the original packaging. Return shipping costs back to our warehouse in Christchurch are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us if you have any issues. Faulty and damaged goods will be promptly replaced at no charge.
